Hissho Sushi is changing the way people think about grab-and-go meals, offering a fresh, healthy option and a truly premium experience. They wanted to make a splash at the year’s biggest conference for the dairy, dely and bakery industry and needed some creative ideas for the event, as well as a branding upgrade that would catch the eye of their target retailers and consumers, alike, and get them excited to join the Sushi Revolution. I led the development of new brand assets, collateral and the environment for the event — from space design down to new chef jackets.
