As “the voice” of Burt’s Bees online and eventually, creative lead, I helped launch the company's new eCommerce site with over 150 products, as well as their Natural Acne Care and Natural Toothpaste lines. Naturally, I also provided creative direction, concepts and copy for everything in between, including their monthly promotions, eNewsletter, banner campaigns and Facebook page.


I was part of the team that developed Burt's Bees first eCommerce site. We brought the experience a more sophisticated look, all new product descriptions and new ways to tell the company's story with a focus on explaining why natural ingredients are healthier and just as effective.

During the few years I worked on the account, I created content for the site, social and email components of product launches for toothpaste and lip gloss, as well as for various promotions like the Vote for Natural campaign with actress,

Julianne Moore.

I developed the content strategy and content for the monthly newsletter, The Hive, creating a mix of seasonal and product stories mixed with customer content and stories about how Burt's contributed to the Greater Good.
