Credit Acceptance

B2B & B2C Brand Campaign | Social

Credit Acceptance is an indirect auto financing company driving possibility for dealers by allowing them to approve every customer (even credit-challenged ones), move inventory quicker, get funded faster and grow their business. I led their in-house Creative team producing B2B and B2C campaigns and content designed to enroll dealers and get car shoppers the funding they need.

We recently launched our first-ever integrated brand campaign, aimed at driving awareness and contract growth among dealers. The campaign ran in Georgia, Ohio and Florida across multiple channels (CTV, Social, Streaming Radio, Digital Display and DOOH).

​Because the campaign was a limited test with a small media budget, keeping the creative production budget small was a must. We know dealers respond well to success stories from peers and we had a lot of existing testimonial footage, so this seemed like an obvious direction. But we also wanted to gauge the response to a more aspirational message. So we created an anthem spot to run along with the testimonials to see if we could gain any learnings about which creative approach resonated most.

Jim & Bob are a loveable duo of inflatables who see everything that happens on the lot and love to talk about how Credit Acceptance helps dealers reach their goals and how consumers benefit from financing with them.They're also pretty good at dad jokes. In this case, we used them to announce a new product feature to dealers on social.
