so, tomorrow is my 6th wedding anniversary. having mixed feelings about whether we should even do gifts or not, i of course put off even thinking about what i might get until Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. well. turns out that the modern gift for 6 years is wood. [insert crude joke here.] actually, it is supposed to symbolize a relationship that has—and will—stand the test of time. so anyway, aside from giving Spy the obvious, i spent some a lot of time researching wooden
